Refunds

Refunds on eligible items are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached.
  • All returns will be inspected within 10 days of delivery to ensure items are unworn. If any item shows signs of wear, the return may be declined.
  • All original packaging (including poly bags) must be included.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How Returns Work (U.S. Only)

If you selected the RE:DO $2.48 USD option at checkout for free returns for store credit, you can:

  • Initiate a return for store credit using our Returns Center.
  • Receive a prepaid shipping label at no additional cost.

If you selected RE:DO but want a refund to your original payment method:

  • You will be charged a return shipping fee and incur a 8% restocking fee, as RE:DO covers free returns for store credit only.

If you did not select RE:DO at checkout:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Return Processing & Refunds

  • Once your return is initiated, you have 30 days to complete the return. If not completed within this timeframe, your return request will be automatically canceled.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the size/color you prefer.
